Style Copy (Second Year)

Moebius style inspired version of the same character aiming to capture linework and rendering style that they made popular in their work.

As an assignment for a Concept Art class, I was tasked with taking a reference image of our choice and applying a different artists style to it. The goal of the project to both capture the reference material well, but to also capture and understand the style used by the artist that was being mimicked. For my assignment, I tried to draw a WW2 soldier resting in a dugout using the style of Moebius.
